While these are not custom homes, purchasing the home early in the process allows buyers the opportunity to help select finishes. The base price for units is $320,000; this price does not include flooring, appliances, light fixtures, or window treatments. Currently the two north units are for sale and awaiting construction; two additional units to the south will soon be added.
